It's says about us: We are professionals in mental health and addiction work, with a broad range of expertise that includes psychological coaching, solution-focused training, and neuropsychiatric coaching. In addition, we provide addiction therapy, mental health education, professional support services, and training programs. Basically, we do it all—except maybe rocket science, but who knows what’s next on the list? Our Hobbies (a.k.a. How We Keep Our Sanity): The gym is our sacred bubble. It’s where we sweat, laugh, and occasionally argue about who lifted heavier (spoiler: it’s always a tie). We love deep conversations that dig into life’s big mysteries—and sometimes why the coffee machine broke again. Nature is our escape from the chaos of modern life, and we firmly believe it’s too far from most people these days. Travel? It’s our way of broadening perspectives and finding the best places to get lost (literally). And let’s not forget studying—yes, we’ve made learning a full-on hobby. Who wouldn’t want to unwind with a good course on advanced psychology after a long day?
